So last night I ventured out to see Serenity, at the insistence of Mr. Seth Worley. I had never seen Firefly when it was onm tv, but I am big Buffy and Angel fan, so i'm pretty familiar with Joss Whedon and his style of writing. I really enjoyed this movie a lot. It was refreshing to a see a sci-fi adventure that didn't rely on blue-screens and digital characters unlike a certain bearded ones recent sci-fi trilogy. Bravo Mr. Whedon for bringing the same freshness and originality that you brought to the horror genre with Buffy and Angel to Serenity, and the original TV series Firefly, which I hope to get into over the christmas break.
